Why should I choose Concord Auto Body, Inc. for my collision repair needs?

Because we fix your car with only genuine factory parts. If we can’t persuade your insurance company to repair your vehicle with new OEM parts, you will have to pay the difference which is usually no more than $100 or less on large repairs.

What is the difference between Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) parts vs. after market parts?
OEM parts are made by the same manufacturer as the genuine part you would receive from your local automotive dealer. It's the original part, made by your car manufacturer.
Aftermarket parts not produced in the United States and are copies of the original parts. Aftermarket parts are not crash tested like OEM parts either are of lower quality than the original part.

What is a diminished value claim?
If you are the claimant in an accident (party not responsible for the accident), you may file a diminished value claim.
A diminished value claim is a claim against the responsible parties insurance company, that reimburses you for the lost value to your vehicle as a result of having a repair history on your car.

How do I buy an insurance policy that will guarantee use of OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts?
